Morning: Drive from Guwahati to Itanagar (approx. 6-7 hours). Afternoon: Check into your hotel in Itanagar. Evening: Explore Itanagar, visit the Ita Fort, and enjoy the local cuisine.
Morning: Early departure for Tawang. The drive is long (approx. 10-12 hours), so be prepared for a scenic yet lengthy journey. Evening: Arrive in Tawang, check into your hotel, and relax after the drive.
Morning: Visit the Tawang Monastery, one of the largest in India, and the Tawang War Memorial. Afternoon: Explore the local markets and have lunch at a local restaurant. Evening: Visit the beautiful Shonga-tser Lake (also known as the Madhuri Lake).
Morning: Depart for Bomdila (approx. 7-8 hours drive). Afternoon: Arrive and check into your hotel in Bomdila. Evening: Explore the Bomdila Monastery and enjoy the views of the surrounding hills.
Morning: Begin your journey back to Guwahati (approx. 8-9 hours drive). Afternoon: Arrive in Guwahati, and if time permits, do some last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Evening: Transfer to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
