The 6-night, 7-day Char Dham Yatra is a spiritual pilgrimage starting from Haridwar, one of India’s holiest cities. The journey includes visits to four sacred shrines: Yamunotri, the source of the Yamuna River; Gangotri, the origin of the Ganges; Kedarnath, dedicated to Lord Shiva; and Badrinath, devoted to Lord Vishnu.
Pilgrims will experience breathtaking Himalayan landscapes and deep spiritual enrichment. Each day involves a mix of driving and trekking to reach these revered sites, with opportunities for prayer, reflection, and cultural immersion. Arrive in Haridwar and check into your hotel. Spend the day at leisure exploring the town. In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, a spiritually uplifting experience. Overnight stay in Haridwar
After breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti (6-7 hours). From Janki Chatti, trek approximately 5 km to Yamunotri, the source of the Yamuna River. Visit the Yamunotri Temple and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Overnight stay in Yamunotri
Return to Janki Chatti and then drive to Gangotri (6-7 hours). Visit the Gangotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Ganga, and soak in the serene atmosphere. Overnight stay in Gangotri
After breakfast, drive to Gaurikund (about 3-4 hours). Begin the trek to Kedarnath (approximately 16 km). Visit the Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, and experience the spiritual ambiance. Overnight stay in Kedarnath
After an early morning darshan at Kedarnath, trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Badrinath (8-10 hours). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Badrinath
Spend the day exploring Badrinath. Visit the Badrinath Temple, Tapt Kund, and Mana Village, the last village before the India-Tibet border. Enjoy the scenic beauty and spiritual ambiance. Overnight stay in Badrinath
After breakfast, drive back to Haridwar (10-11 hours). Arrive in Haridwar, check into your hotel, and rest or explore local markets. Overnight stay in Haridwar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for your onward journey or transfer to Delhi (5-6 hours) for departure
