The 5-night, 6-day Char Dham Yatra is a spiritual pilgrimage starting from Haridwar, a revered city in northern India. This journey takes pilgrims to four sacred shrines: Yamunotri, the source of the Yamuna River; Gangotri, the origin of the Ganges; Kedarnath, dedicated to Lord Shiva; and Badrinath, devoted to Lord Vishnu.
The itinerary includes scenic drives and treks through the majestic Himalayas, providing opportunities for prayer, reflection, and cultural immersion. Each day is filled with rich experiences, from attending Ganga Aarti in Haridwar to exploring the temples. Arrive in Haridwar and check into your hotel. Spend the day exploring the town, visiting local temples, and enjoying the evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay in Haridwar
After breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti (6-7 hours). From Janki Chatti, trek about 5 km to Yamunotri, the source of the Yamuna River. Visit the Yamunotri Temple and soak in the natural beauty. Overnight stay in Yamunotri
Return to Janki Chatti and then drive to Gangotri (6-7 hours). Visit the Gangotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Ganga, and enjoy the serene surroundings. Overnight stay in Gangotri
After breakfast, drive to Gaurikund (about 3-4 hours). Begin the trek to Kedarnath (approximately 16 km). Visit the Kedarnath Temple, a revered site dedicated to Lord Shiva. Overnight stay in Kedarnath
After an early morning darshan at Kedarnath, trek back to Gaurikund and drive back to Haridwar (8-10 hours). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Haridwar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for your onward journey or transfer to Delhi (5-6 hours) for departure
