Begin the day with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the nearby Presidential Palace. Explore the historic Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam, and take a stroll around the One Pillar Pagoda. In the afternoon, visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology for insights into the country’s diverse cultures. End the day with a relaxing cyclo ride through the Old Quarter and enjoy local delicacies at a traditional Vietnamese restaurant.

Embark on a scenic drive to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Board a traditional junk boat for a full-day cruise through the stunning limestone islands and emerald waters. Enjoy a seafood lunch on board and visit some of the bay’s famous caves, such as Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave). Afterward, relax on the deck or try kayaking. In the evening, return to Hanoi for an overnight stay.

Take a day trip to Ninh Binh, often referred to as "Halong Bay on land." Explore the ancient capital of Hoa Lu and visit the historic temples of King Dinh and King Le. Then, enjoy a boat ride through the stunning limestone karsts and tranquil rivers of Tam Coc or Trang An. Visit the Bich Dong Pagoda, nestled in the mountains, before returning to Hanoi in the evening.

Spend your final day shopping for souvenirs or visiting any sites you may have missed. Depending on your flight time, you may explore more of Hanoi’s local markets or enjoy a relaxing coffee at a rooftop café overlooking the city. Afterward, transfer to the airport for your departure, concluding your 5-day Vietnam adventure.
