Start your journey early from Manali and drive towards Kaza, the administrative center of Spiti Valley. The road winds through high-altitude passes like Rohtang Pass and Kunzum Pass, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Arrive in Kaza by evening and check into your hotel. Rest and acclimate to the high altitude.
Begin your day with a visit to the Key Monastery, perched on a hilltop with stunning panoramic views. Next, explore the nearby Kibber Village, one of the highest inhabited villages in the world. Return to Kaza for a relaxing evening and explore the local market.
After breakfast, drive to Tabo, famous for its ancient Tabo Monastery, which dates back to the 10th century. This monastery is renowned for its intricate murals and serene surroundings. Spend the day exploring the monastery and the small village of Tabo. Overnight stay in Tabo.
Journey to Dhankar Village, known for its dramatic cliffside monastery and stunning landscapes.
